Kahi Peene ke Liye Paani nahi, Aur Kahi Manjann ke liye Darya khula hai!

Saw this today morning in Rajouri Garden, And was appalled to see the wastage.

Took a U Turn, Clicked a Pic, Talked to the Guy, Explained him, Asked him to Shut it and not waste water like this.

Also, Told Him if he does it again, I shall show the pic and complain to his Boss (Builder)
